The Main Campus

Four Branches of the Modernage (1) Kindergarten (2) Junior School (3) Boys College  (4) Girls College.

The campus of Modernage, coupled with the splendor of the surrounding green mountains and the vitality of Abbottabad, offers a superb environment in which to learn, to recreate and to grow.

The Administrative Block bears all the important offices like those of the Principal, the Vice Principal, the Academic Coordinator, the Secretary, the Bursar and the Staff Rooms.

The Wings have spacious and airy classrooms. An outstanding feature of the Wings is the Teacher Resource Center. This center provides valuable teaching resources and teaching aids to the teachers.

The Residential Houses provide shared accommodation to the residential students and staff. Modernage has three main houses for residential purposes. One of these accommodates boys up to class V and girls while the other two are for boys from class VI onwards.

The Yousafi Auditorium has been named after the famous Pakistani writer Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed Yousafi. It not only provides a superb spot to the visiting artists, poets and writers but also enables the students to perform on the campus. It is a hub of the various house activities all through the year. It has a capacity to seat about 400 people.

The Dining Hall provides a comfortable place for the meals to the residential students. Spacious and bright, it has proved itself to be a point of both enjoyment and fun. It also serves as the TV room of the students. The efficient dinning staff keeps the entire dining area spotless and hygienic.

The Science & Computer Laboratories being four in number are well stocked with scientific apparatuses required till the Intermediate level. The computer lab has been recently upgraded and now it has individual computers for thirty students at a time. Plans are underway to further modernize the science laboratories.

The Library of Modernage bears over 3000 volumes. Besides a wide variety of encyclopedias, maps, audio and videocassettes, CDs, daily newspapers and weekly and monthly periodicals are a source of attraction for the entire community of Modernage. New additions are being made on regular basis.

The Ali Muhammad Mosque is no doubt a spiritual center of the college. The Muslim students offer their prayers five times a day. Regular sessions of teaching of The Holy Quran are held daily. The interested students are provided an opportunity of Hifz and Nazara as well.

The Playground is the center of the sporting activities. Surrounded on all sides by the young silver oaks and colorful legistonias, it is an attraction for all the students during their leisure time.

The Cafeteria is a sheer source of delight for all. Located in front of the residential houses, it remains open till 1600 hrs. It offers clean and hygienic foodstuffs of excellent quality.

The Kindergarten

The Modernage Kindergarten is located on the Pine View Road, Abbottabad. It lies directly on the foothills of the Shimla. It accommodates only the very little ones of Play Group, Nursery and Prep. The young ones get ample chances to enjoy their pre school years. Special programs of sports, music, arts and cultural activities keep them busy and help to develop a desire to come to school without creating any early morning fuss.

The Junior School

Adjacent to the Kindergarten is the Junior School. It is only a day school that is up to the primary level.

The Girls College

Modernage provides separate classes for girls from class 6 onwards. The Girls College boasts a newly constructed building spreading over sixteen canals. It has playgrounds in which facilities for standard games of badminton, baseball, netball, squash and volleyball are available. Located on the Mansehra Road, the Girls College is up to the Intermediate level. It has spacious classrooms and well stocked Science and Computer laboratories and Library that are being improved at a steady pace.
